Amaretto coconut pie

Yield: 1 - 9\" pie

¼ cup Butter; or margarine, softnd
1 cup Sugar
2 larges Eggs
¾ cup Milk
¼ cup Amaretto
¼ cup Self rising flour
⅔ cup Flaked coconut

Beat butter and sugar at med. speed of an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs; beat well. Add milk, amaretto, and flour, beating well.

Stir in coconut. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9" pieplate. Bake at 350~ for 35 mins. or until set. Cool completely on a wire rack.
