Almond-butter brownies

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Almond butter
1 cup Sugar
2 \N Eggs
1 teaspoon Almond extract
½ cup Flour
¼ cup Cocoa
1 teaspoon Baking powder
¼ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Grated coconut

Preheat the oven to 350. Combine the almond butter and sugar.

Add the eggs and almond extract: mix well. In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet, and mix well. Stir in the coconut. Pour into a greased 9-inch square baking pan. Bake for 35 minutes.
