1 teaspoon | Minced fresh garlic |
½ teaspoon | Minced gingerroot |
3 eaches | Eggs, well beaten |
3 cups | Cold cooked rice |
1 can | LA CHOY chop suey vegetables |
\N \N | Drained (14 oz) |
1 can | LA CHOY sliced water |
\N \N | Chestnuts, drained |
\N \N | (8 oz) |
¼ teaspoon | Pepper |
¼ cup | Chopped green onions |
In large nonstick skillet, heat oil. Add bacon, garlic and ginger; cook and stir 30 seconds. Add eggs; cook until softly scrambled, stirring occasionally. Stir in all remaining ingredilents except green onions; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with green onions.
