Ah so good fried rice*

Ingredients

¾cupChopped bacon or cook ham
1teaspoonMinced fresh garlic
½teaspoonMinced gingerroot
3eachesEggs, well beaten
3cupsCold cooked rice
1canLA CHOY chop suey vegetables
Drained (14 oz)
1canLA CHOY sliced water
Chestnuts, drained
(8 oz)
¼teaspoonPepper
¼cupChopped green onions

Directions

In large nonstick skillet, heat oil. Add bacon, garlic and ginger; cook and stir 30 seconds. Add eggs; cook until softly scrambled, stirring occasionally. Stir in all remaining ingredilents except green onions; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with green onions.
