Ah so good fried rice*

Ingredients

| 2 | tablespoons | WESSON oil |
| ¾ | cup | Chopped bacon or cook ham |
| 1 | teaspoon | Minced fresh garlic |
| ½ | teaspoon | Minced gingerroot |
| 3 | eaches | Eggs, well beaten |
| 3 | cups | Cold cooked rice |
| 1 | can | LA CHOY chop suey vegetables |
| Drained (14 oz) | ||
| 1 | can | LA CHOY sliced water |
| Chestnuts, drained | ||
| (8 oz) | ||
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped green onions |
Directions
In large nonstick skillet, heat oil. Add bacon, garlic and ginger; cook and stir 30 seconds. Add eggs; cook until softly scrambled, stirring occasionally. Stir in all remaining ingredilents except green onions; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with green onions.
