Yield: 2 servings
|1 pounds||Stew or fondue beef, cut into 1" cubes|
|2 tablespoons||Curry powder|
|1 ounce||Unsweetened chocolate|
|¼ cup||Tomato sauce|
|1 quart||(or more) orange juice Salt & pepper to taste|
Brown stew meat in oil. When meat is lightly browned add curry and continue browning. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Simmer about 1 hour, continuing to add juice (water or orange juice) as needed. A pressure cooker or crock pot can be used to hasten cooking. Serve with rice and mixed vegetables or chutney.
