Measure | Ingredient |

1 pounds | Stew or fondue beef, cut into 1\" cubes |
2 tablespoons | Curry powder |
1 ounce | Unsweetened chocolate |
¼ cup | Molasses |
¼ cup | Tomato sauce |
1 quart | (or more) orange juice Salt & pepper to taste |
3 tablespoons | Oil |
Brown stew meat in oil. When meat is lightly browned add curry and continue browning. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Simmer about 1 hour, continuing to add juice (water or orange juice) as needed. A pressure cooker or crock pot can be used to hasten cooking. Serve with rice and mixed vegetables or chutney.
