Maureen's beef curry

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Stew or fondue beef; cut into 1\"cubes |
| 2 | tablespoons | Curry powder |
| 1 | ounce | Unsweetened chocolate |
| ¼ | cup | Molasses |
| ¼ | cup | Tomato sauce |
| 1 | quart | Orange juice; (or more) |
| Salt & pepper; to taste | ||
| 3 | tablespoons | Oil |
Directions
Brown stew meat in oil. When meat is lightly browned add curry and continue browning. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer about 1 hour, continuing to add juice (water or orange juice) as needed. A pressure cooker or crock pot can be used to hasten stirring.
