Maureen's beef curry

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Stew or fondue beef; cut into 1\"cubes
2 tablespoons Curry powder
1 ounce Unsweetened chocolate
¼ cup Molasses
¼ cup Tomato sauce
1 quart Orange juice; (or more)
Salt & pepper; to taste
3 tablespoons Oil

Directions

Brown stew meat in oil. When meat is lightly browned add curry and continue browning. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer about 1 hour, continuing to add juice (water or orange juice) as needed. A pressure cooker or crock pot can be used to hasten stirring.
