Ingredients

| 1 | Box zwieback toast; crushed | |
| ½ | cup | Sugar |
| ½ | cup | Butter; melted |
| 1 | tablespoon | Cinnamon |
| ¾ | cup | Sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Flour |
| 2 | cups | Milk |
| 4 | Egg yolks | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 4 | Egg whites | |
| 6 | tablespoons | Sugar |
Directions
Mix toast (reserve ½ cup for top), ½ cup sugar, butter & cinnamon.
Press into pie pan & bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Combine ¾ cup sugar, flour, milk & yolks in saucepan. Cook & stir over low heat until thick. Add vanilla & pour into crust. Beat egg whites & 6 Tbs sugar. Cover filling with meringue, sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake at 400 until brown.
