Zucchini and tomatoes basil

2mediumsZucchini(3/4 pound)
½cupDiced onion
1teaspoonDried basil
2teaspoonsVegetable oil
2mediumsTomatoes, peeled and chopped
½teaspoonSalt
teaspoonPepper (up to 1/4)

Directions

Cut zucchini into ¼ inch slices; set aside. Saute onion and basil in oil over medium heat 1 minute. Add zucchini, and cook 5 minutes, stirrring occasionally.
