Zucchini tomato medley

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Margarine or butter
⅓ cup Chopped onion
3 mediums Zucchini; sliced
2 mediums Tomatoes; cut in wedges
½ teaspoon Dried basil leaves -or-
1½ teaspoon Chopped fresh basil
½ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper

Melt margarine in large skillet. Add onion and zucchini; cook and stir over medium-high heat until crisp-tender.

Add remaining ingredients; cook until tomatoes are thoroughly heated.
