Pasta with zucchini and tomatoes

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Pasta (spaghetti or penne or whatever is your favorite....but the thicker ones like mostiaccoli tend to overpower the other flavors)
\N \N Zucchini (slightly steamed)
\N \N Fresh Tomatoes (big chunks)
\N \N A few fresh basil leaves (chopped)
\N \N A small dab of olive oil (to keep the pasta from sticking together)
\N \N Parmesan cheese

It is good for a main dish or a side dish...and easy too! mix all careful not to use too much oil as it will make the dish taste greasy......this can be served warm or cold...and the longer the dish can be chilled.....the more you will notice the basil. If you use dried basil, be sparing.
