Ingredients

| 1 | tablespoon | Yeast |
| 1½ | cup | Warm water |
| 3 | cups | Flour |
| 2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | tablespoon | Veg. oil |
Directions
Put the yeast in the lukewarm water and let it dissolve. Mix the flour, sugar and salt to-gether and when the yeast is ready pour into flour mixture along with the oil, mix well until the dough is smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise 1 hour. Cut into 1 oz. pieces and roll into balls and put on greased cookie sheet, let rise another 15 minutes. Bake in 325 oven about 20 minutes.
