Zesty salmon spread

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Salmon; cooked and flaked |
| 2 | Celery stalks; with leaves, finely diced | |
| ½ | small | Onion; finely diced |
| ⅓ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| 1 | teaspoon | Lemon juice |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Dill weed |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | teaspoon | French Mustard OR |
| 1 | teaspoon | Horseradish |
| 1 | dash | Tabasco sauce OR |
| 1 | dash | Louisiana Hot sauce |
Directions
Mix Salmon, onions and celery in a bowl. Add the other ingredients and mix. Chill mixture thoroughly. Serve in scoops on a lettuce leaf or on canape crackers. Also makes an excellent filling for salmon sandwiches or croissant.
