Salmon spread

cupPlain lowfat yogurt
2eachesTb dry sherry or milk
½teaspoonDried dillweed
¼teaspoonLemon pepper seasoning
6⅛ounceCan skinnless, boneless salmon, drained and flaked
3eachesTb finely shredded carrot
Assorted crackers or party rye bread
Combine creamcheese, yogurt, sherry, dillweed, and lemon pepper

Directions

MAKES: 2 CUPS
