Zesty orange bread

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Water; lukewarm
3 cups White bread flour
1½ tablespoon Dry milk
3 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons Butter
2½ tablespoon Orange zest; fresh
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
2½ teaspoon Orange extract
½ cup Pecan bits
2¼ teaspoon Active dry yeast

Add ingredients according to bread machine manufacturer's instructions.

Makes a 1½ pound loaf.
