Zesty golden corn

| ½ | pounds | Small mushroom, halved |
| 2 | cups | Whole kernel corn, drained |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped parsley |
Directions
Melt butter in 10-inch skillet. Blend in mustard. Add onion and mushrooms. Cook, stirring constantly, over high heat until tender-crisp, about 3 minutes. Stir in corn and pepper; heat through. Stir in parsley.
