Zesty corn in the skillet

Ingredients

1poundsBulk pork sausage; crumbled
1mediumClove garlic; minced
1smallOnion; finely chopped
½mediumGreen pepper; coarsely chopped
1can(16 oz.) whole kernel corn; drained
2largesTomatoes; cut in small pieces, don't lose liquid
½cupZucchini; chopped unpeeled
1teaspoonChili powder
¼teaspoonPepper

Directions

Saute' sausage, garlic, onion and green pepper in a large skillet over medium heat until meat is browned, stirring to cook evenly. Remove from heat and carefully drain off fat. Stir in corn, tomatoes, zucchini, chili powder and pepper. Return to heat. Cover and gently cook on low heat until thoroughly heated, about 15 mintues.
