2 \N | Onions, chopped |
2 \N | Green peppers, chopped |
2 \N | Cloves garlic, minced |
7 cups | Spaghetti sauce |
2 cups | Mushrooms, sliced |
10 cups | Ziti pasta, cooked |
In large saucepan, over medium heat, cook sausage, onion and green pepper with garlic until sausage is brown, and vegetables are tender.
Spoon off fat. Add spaghetti sauce, heat through, stirring occasionally. Serve over ziti.
