Zesty ziti

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Italian sausage
2 \N Onions, chopped
2 \N Green peppers, chopped
2 \N Cloves garlic, minced
7 cups Spaghetti sauce
2 cups Mushrooms, sliced
10 cups Ziti pasta, cooked

In large saucepan, over medium heat, cook sausage, onion and green pepper with garlic until sausage is brown, and vegetables are tender.

Spoon off fat. Add spaghetti sauce, heat through, stirring occasionally. Serve over ziti.

Makes 12 servings.
