Yield: 6 Servings
|2 packs||Frozen chopped broccoli|
|1 can||Cream of mushroom soup|
|1½ cup||Shredded cheddar cheese|
|2 tablespoons||Melted butter|
|¼ cup||Cracker crumbs|
Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain. Combine soup, cheese, egg, mayonnaise, milk & horseradish. Stir in broccoli. Spoon into greased 2-quart casserole. Combine melted butter & cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
