Yogurt-tahini dressing

⅓ | cup | Vinegar |
¾ | cup | Peanut oil |
1 | Clove garlic | |
⅔ | cup | Sesame butter; (tahini) |
¼ | cup | Tamari soy sauce |
1 | tablespoon | Dill weed |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | quart | Lowfat yogurt |
Directions
Blend all ingredients except yogurt in a blender. Then add yogurt and blend BRIEFLY. The longer you blend, the thicker it gets.
