Yavapai sunflower bread

Ingredients

| ¼ | cup | Honey |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | cup | Butter; softened |
| 1 | tablespoon | Baking powder |
| 2 | Egg; beaten | |
| 1 | cup | Milk |
| 1 | cup | FLour, whole wheat |
| 1½ | cup | Sunflower seeds, ground shell & meat or meat only |
| ½ | cup | Sunflower meats; whole or coarsely chopped |
Directions
Beat the honey and butter together, then beat in the eggs. Combine the flour, baking powder, salt and ground seeds, adding to the honey-butter mixture alternately with the milk. Fold in the whole sunflower seeds. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake one hour at 325 F. Cool on a rack. This bread slices better when cool.
