Sunflower raisin bran bread

⅔ cup Rice polish
⅔ cup Garbanzao bean flour
1 cup Raisins
1½ cup Low fat

⅔ cup Potato starch flour *
3 tablespoons Date sugar
4½ teaspoon Xanthan gum
1½ teaspoon Salt
5 teaspoons Yeast
⅓ cup Sunflower Seeds

3 teaspoons Xanthan gum
1 teaspoon Salt
3 teaspoons Yeast
¼ cup Sunflower seeds

SMALL LOAF

ADD IN INGREDIENTS

Follow machine recommendations. Use raisin bread cycle and add additional ingredients at the beep or after the first knead.

A fully stocked health food store should have all those ingredients.

*Potato starch flour is NOT the same as potato flour. Potato flour is heavier and does not work well in gluten free breads.
