3 tablespoons Dry buttermilk
1 cup Bread flour
1 cup Whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon Gluten
⅓ cup Rolled oats
2 teaspoons Wheat germ
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
2 teaspoons Dried orange peel
¼ cup Sunflower seeds; raw unsalted
1 tablespoon Margarine
1 \N Whole egg
¾ cup Water
2 teaspoons Yeast
5 tablespoons Dry buttermilk
1½ cup Bread flour
1½ cup Whole wheat flour
1½ tablespoon Gluten
½ cup Rolled oats
1 tablespoon Wheat germ
1½ teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dried orange peel
⅓ cup Sunflower seeds; raw unsalted
1½ tablespoon Margarine
1 \N Whole egg
1⅛ cup Water

FOR 1 LB LOAF

FOR 1-½ LB LOAF

Load ingredients into breadmachine pan according to manufacturer's directions. Bake on white bread setting unless otherwise indicated. "Yeast" refers to active dry yeast. Adapted from Rehberg and Conway, Bread Machine Magic.
