Working mom's favorite for crockpot

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Lean ground beef
2 Stalks celery; sliced
1 small Pepper; chopped
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
2 tablespoons Instant minced onion
2 teaspoons Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Basil
1 dash Pepper

Thoroughly combine all ingredients in lightly greased crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 10 hours. Serve over hot biscuits, rice or noodles.
