Yield: 4 Servings
|1 pounds||Lean ground beef|
|2||Stalks celery; sliced|
|1 small||Pepper; chopped|
|1 can||Cream of mushroom soup|
|2 tablespoons||Instant minced onion|
Thoroughly combine all ingredients in lightly greased crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 10 hours. Serve over hot biscuits, rice or noodles.
