My crockpot pot roast

Ingredients

1Roast; trimmed, browned and drained, 4-5 pound
2smallsPearl onion; peeled and, cut in half
6mediumsBaking potatoes; peeled and, cut in quarters
5mediumsCarrots; washed and, cut in 2 pieces
1Bullion cube
1canMushroom soup
1canWater
Garlic salt
1can(8 oz) mushrooms

Directions

1. brown roast, place on rack in crock pot.

2. sprinkle with garlic salt.

3. add ¼ water around roast

4. add bullion cube

5 place vegatables around the roast.

6. mix the can of soup with one can of water, add the 8oz can of mushrooms, mix..pour around the roast and over the vegatables.

7. place lid on and cook till folk tender about 6-8 hours.
