Rice stuffed tomatoes

| 2 | cups | Cooked rice |
| 1 | tablespoon | Olive oil |
| ¼ | cup | Onion -- chopped |
| 80 | millilitres | Garlic; roasted -- minced |
| ¼ | cup | Green peppers -- chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | Parsley -- minced |
| ¼ | cup | Pulp from tomatoes |
| 4 | Tomatoes | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Parmesan |
Directions
Slice tops off of tomatoes. Remove pulp and saute in oil with onions, garlic and peppers. Toss with rice, salt and pepper. Stuff tomatoes. Put tomatoes in a pan, pour a little wine and water in bottom. Bake 15 minutes at 350~.
