1 | each | Tb liquid Butter Buds |

Directions
Combine flours, baking powder and sugar in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Combine Egg Beaters, yogurt, water and liquid Butter Buds. Add to dry ingredients and mix until just moistened. For each pancake, pour 3 tablespoons batter onto a onstick skillet that has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked. Per sugar serving: 60 cal., 0.2g fat (0%), 0mg chol., 1g fiber, 3g pro., 11g carb., 114mg sod.
