White soup^

Measure Ingredient
2 quarts Meat broth
3 \N Eggs, beaten
2 cups Milk
2 tablespoons Flour
\N \N Salt and pepper

Bring broth to boiling point. Beat together the well beaten eggs, milk and flour. Pour egg mixture gradually through a sieve into the boiling soup. Season to taste and serve. Many of the recipes in this collection did not contain amounts or oven temperatures. I have typed them in as they appear in the book, typos and all.
