Garlic soup^

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Water
1 cup Peeled garlic cloves
1 cup Chopped peeled potatoes
1 cup Chopped carrots
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste
\N \N Whipping cream, optinal

Boil water, garlic, potatoes and carrots. Cover, reduce heat and simmer until vegetables, about 20-25 minutes. Puree. Season. Reheat, if needed. Drizzle with cream, if desired.
