Garlic soup^

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Water |
| 1 | cup | Peeled garlic cloves |
| 1 | cup | Chopped peeled potatoes |
| 1 | cup | Chopped carrots |
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
| Whipping cream, optinal | ||
Directions
Boil water, garlic, potatoes and carrots. Cover, reduce heat and simmer until vegetables, about 20-25 minutes. Puree. Season. Reheat, if needed. Drizzle with cream, if desired.
