White bean bruschetta

2 | cans | White beans; rinsed and well |

¼ | cup | Olive oil |
3 | tablespoons | Balsamic vinegar |
4 | Cloves garlic; finely chopped | |
Salt and fresh pepper | ||
¼ | cup | Flat-leaf parsley; coarsely chopped |
2 | tablespoons | Fresh oregano; finely chopped |
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
2. Brush each slice of bread on one side with olive oil.
3. Place the slices on a baking sheet and bake in the oven 10-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
4. Combine the beans, oil, vinegar, and garlic in a large bowl, season with salt and pepper, and add the parsley and oregano.
5. Top each slice of bread with a heaping tablespoon of the white bean mixture and serve immediately.
*This recipe can be easily doubled or tripled for larger parties.
