Whipping cream biscuits

Yield: 18 Biscuits

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Self-rising flour
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 cup Whipping cream

Combine all ingredients; mix well. (Dough will be stiff.) Turn dough out on a lightly floured surface, and knead 10 or 12 times.

Roll dough to ⅜ inch thickness; cut with a 2 inch biscuit cutter.

Place biscuits on a lighlty greased baking sheet; bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
