West bend cracked wheat bread [abm]

Yield: 1 1/2lb loaf

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Plus 2 tbsp water [80 deg]
1¾ cup All purpose flour
1 cup Whole wheat flour
½ cup Cracked wheat cereal
2 tablespoons Brown sugar; packed
1½ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Butter or marg
2 teaspoons Active dry yeast

Add water to the pan. Add flours, cereal, sugar and salt to the pan.

Level dry ingredients. Place a piece of butter in each corner. Make a well and add yeast. Program for "whole wheat".
