West bend cracked wheat bread [abm]

1 1/2lb loaf

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
1cupPlus 2 tbsp water [80 deg]
cupAll purpose flour
1cupWhole wheat flour
½cupCracked wheat cereal
2tablespoonsBrown sugar; packed
teaspoonSalt
1tablespoonButter or marg
2teaspoonsActive dry yeast

Directions

Add water to the pan. Add flours, cereal, sugar and salt to the pan.

Level dry ingredients. Place a piece of butter in each corner. Make a well and add yeast. Program for "whole wheat".
