Abm--whole wheat bread

2½ | tablespoon | Sugar |
2 | teaspoons | Salt |
2⅔ | cup | Bread flour |
1⅓ | cup | Whole wheat flour |
5 | tablespoons | Nonfat dry milk |
2½ | teaspoon | Yeast |
Makes 1½ pound loaf.
Bake on medium color setting.
Add 1t gluten for each cup of flour.
