Abm--whole wheat bread

Measure Ingredient
1⅓ cup Water
5 tablespoons Margerine; or butter
Eggs; optional
2½ tablespoon Sugar
2 teaspoons Salt
2⅔ cup Bread flour
1⅓ cup Whole wheat flour
5 tablespoons Nonfat dry milk
2½ teaspoon Yeast

Makes 1½ pound loaf.

Bake on medium color setting.

Add 1t gluten for each cup of flour.
