|1 ounce||Unsalted butter|
|1||Handful walnuts; chopped|
|2 tablespoons||Runny honey|
Melt 1oz of unsalted butter in a frying pan. Stir in a handful of chopped walnuts and brown briefly. Add 2 tablespoons of runny honey and 2 tablespoons of whisky. Stir until heated through.
This sauce is delicious with vanilla ice cream.
