Yield: 7 Servings
|2½ cup||Chopped apples|
|1 cup||Cheddar cheese|
|1 cup||Red or green grapes|
|½ cup||Diced celery|
|1 tablespoon||Fresh lemon juice|
In a large bowl, toss all the ingredients and stir well to coat with the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serves 6 to 8.
