Waldorf salad (2 point)

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Apples; chopped (2 medium)
1½ teaspoon Lemon juice
¼ cup Raisins; or snipped pitted whole dates
2 tablespoons Grapes; seedless, green, halved
2 tablespoons Sliced celery
¼ cup Fat-free mayonnaise; or salad dressing
¼ cup Fat-free yogurt; plain
\N \N Lettuce leaves
1 tablespoon Pecans; or walnuts chopped

Toss together chopped apple and lemon juice in a medium mixing bowl. Stir in raisins or snipped dates, grapes and celery. For dressing, stir together mayonnaise or salad dressing and yogurt in a small mixing bowl. Fold dressing into apple mixture. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours. To serve, arrange lettuce leaves on four salad plates. Spoon salad mixture onto lettuce-line plates. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
