Waldorf astoria stew

2 mediums Onions, chopped
1 cup Celery, chopped
4 \N Potatoes, large diced
2 cups Carrots, chopped
2 tablespoons Tapioca
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 can Tomato soup
1 \N Clove garlic
\N \N Salt & pepper to taste

Mix, cover and bake 5 hours @ 250 degrees Options:You can use a can of stewed tomatoes and a can of mushrooms and cook for a shorter period of time in a 325 degree oven.
