Devilled crab in tomato

½cupShallots, peeled, chopped.
½cupLemon grass, sliced thin.
¼cupNam-prik Pao.
¼cupFish Sauce.
¼cupLime juice.
2tablespoonsSugar.
½cupMint leaves, chopped fine.
¼cupScallions, sliced fine.
¼cupCoriander leaves, chopped.
1tablespoonChilli peppers, chopped.
30Italian tomatoes.

Directions

Wash the tomatoes and dry. Cut in half lengthwise, and scoop out seeds and pulps.
