Wagon wheels with creamy salmon

Ingredients

250gramsPasta, wagon-wheel shaped
2tablespoonsButter or margarine
2tablespoonsFlour
1cupMilk
1canSalmon (7 1/2 oz.) drained
2tablespoonsLemon juice
2Green onions, finely chopped
1tablespoonParsley, fresh, chopped fine
1Celery stalk, finely chopped
½cupGrated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour; cook and stir for 1 minute.

Gradually add milk, stirring until bubbly and thickened. Remove from heat and stir in salmon, lemon juice, onions, parsley and celery.

Toss wagon wheels with Parmesan cheese and sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
