| 2 | tablespoons | Unbleached Flour |
| 1 | cup | Cold Water |
| 5 | tablespoons | Vinegar |
| 2½ | tablespoon | Butter |
| 4 | eaches | Large Eggs, Beaten |
Directions
Combine sugar and flour. Add the rest of the ingredients and place in a saucepan. Cook until thick and pour into prepared pie crust.
Bake in a 375 degrees F. oven until crust is brown.
