Very cranberry muffins

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Quick-cooking oats
1 cup Whole berry cranberry sauce
¾ cup Skim milk
2 Egg whites
1½ cup Ww flour
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 tablespoon Baking powder
¼ cup Chopped walnuts (optional)
¼ cup Sugar

Combine the oats and milk and set aside for 15 min. Combine the flour, baking powder and sugar and stir to mix well. Add the oat mixture and the remaining ingredients and stir just until the dry ingredients are moistened. Fill muffin tins ¾ full and bake at 350 for 18 min. Let sit 5 min.
