Velveeta salsa mac 'n cheese

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
1 \N 16-ounce jar Thick 'n Chunky Salsa
1¾ cup Water
7 ounces Uncooked elbow macaroni
12 ounces Velveeta Cheese - cubed

Directions: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and drain. Stir in the salsa and water. Bring to a boil. Add the macaroni and reduce heat to medium-low and cover. Simmer for 8-10 minutes until macaroni is tender. Add the Velveeta cheese and stir until melted. Makes 4-6 servings.
