907264 velveeta cheese salad

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 large Can crushed pineapple
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
½ To 1 c. sugar
Envelope Knox gelatin
1 carton Cool Whip
1½ cup Velveeta cheese
½ cup Chopped nuts
½ cup Well drained maraschino cherries

Mix and boil 3 minutes 1 cup crushed pineapple (large), 1 teaspoon lemon juice, ½ to 1 cup sugar. Dissolve 1½ envelope Knox gelatin in ¼ cup hot water. Add to above. Completely cool until mixture thickens slightly. Add 1 package Cool Whip. Add 1 ½ cups grated Velveeta cheese, chopped nuts and maraschino cherries. Fold in pineapple mixture and let set.
