| 1½ | Envelope Knox gelatin | |
| 1 | carton | Cool Whip |
| 1½ | cup | Velveeta cheese |
| ½ | cup | Chopped nuts |
| ½ | cup | Well drained maraschino cherries |
Directions
Mix and boil 3 minutes 1 cup crushed pineapple (large), 1 teaspoon lemon juice, ½ to 1 cup sugar. Dissolve 1½ envelope Knox gelatin in ¼ cup hot water. Add to above. Completely cool until mixture thickens slightly. Add 1 package Cool Whip. Add 1 ½ cups grated Velveeta cheese, chopped nuts and maraschino cherries. Fold in pineapple mixture and let set.
