4 larges (1 1/2 cups) broccoil stems without flowerets, chopped
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Ground cumin
⅛ teaspoon Garlic powder
1 small Tomato, diced
1 can (4-ozs.) green chilies, chopped
1 tablespoon Chopped sweet onion

Here is a low-fat alternative to traditional guacamole Over high heat, bring pot of water to a boil. Add broccoli; cook until tender 6 to 7 min. and drain, or microwave, covered, for 4 min. until tender. In a food processor, combine broccoli, lemon juice, cumin, and garlic powder. Process until smooth. Transfer to a bowl; stir in tomato, green chilies, and onion. Chill until ready to serve.
