Vegetarian hungarian goulash

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Potatoes; peeled, sliced
1 cup Onions; chopped
2 larges Garlic cloves; pressed
1¼ teaspoon Paprika
½ teaspoon Caraway seeds
1 Bouillon cube, vegetable
2 tablespoons ;water
1 cup Peas, fresh or frozen
½ teaspoon Black pepper
2 cups Tomatoes, fresh; chopped
3½ teaspoon Marjoram
¼ cup Safflower oil OR veg stock
3 cups Noodles, eggless; cooked

In a large saucepan, combine all the ingredients, except the noodles. Cook over medium heat, covered for 30 to 40 minutes, then serve over hot noodles.
