Ingredients

½teaspoonCaraway seeds
1Bouillon cube, vegetable
2tablespoons;water
1cupPeas, fresh or frozen
½teaspoonBlack pepper
2cupsTomatoes, fresh; chopped
teaspoonMarjoram
¼cupSafflower oil OR veg stock
3cupsNoodles, eggless; cooked

Directions

In a large saucepan, combine all the ingredients, except the noodles. Cook over medium heat, covered for 30 to 40 minutes, then serve over hot noodles.
