Measure | Ingredient |

1 cup | Canned butter beans |
¾ cup | Bulgur; cooked |
¾ cup | Barley; cooked |
½ cup | Quick oatmeal; uncooked |
1½ tablespoon | Soy sauce |
2 tablespoons | Barbecue sauce |
1 teaspoon | Dried basil |
½ cup | Onions; finely chopped |
1 \N | Clove garlic; finely minced |
1 \N | Stalk celery; chopped |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
\N \N | Pepper to taste |
With a fork or potato masher, mash beans just slightly. They should be chunky, not pureed. Add the rest of the ingredients and form 6 patties.
Spray skillet with oil and brown patties on both sides.
