Vegetarian burgers (the uncow burger)

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Canned butter beans |
| ¾ | cup | Bulgur; cooked |
| ¾ | cup | Barley; cooked |
| ½ | cup | Quick oatmeal; uncooked |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Soy sauce |
| 2 | tablespoons | Barbecue sauce |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dried basil |
| ½ | cup | Onions; finely chopped |
| 1 | Clove garlic; finely minced | |
| 1 | Stalk celery; chopped | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| Pepper to taste | ||
Directions
With a fork or potato masher, mash beans just slightly. They should be chunky, not pureed. Add the rest of the ingredients and form 6 patties.
Spray skillet with oil and brown patties on both sides.
