Vegetables with toasted walnut butter

Yield: 5 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Green Giant American Mixtures California Style Frozen Vegetables (1 lb)
2 tablespoons Butter
¼ cup Coarsely chopped walnuts
¼ teaspoon Salt

Cook vegetables as directed on package; drain. Melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat; add walnuts and salt. Cook for 2-4 minutes until lightly browned, stirring constantly. Stir into prepared vegetables. Submitted By MICHAEL ORCHEKOWSKI On 08-14-95
