Walnut sandwiches

80 grams Freshly grated parmesan
2 teaspoons Finely chopped fresh basil
1 large Tablespoon unsalted butter
250 grams Walnut halves

1. Place parmesan, basil and butter into a small bowl and mash with a fork to form a paste.

2. Sandwich walnut halves together with a small amount of the parmesan butter.

Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
