Carrots and walnuts

¼cupChopped walnuts, toasted lightly
1teaspoonGrated lemon peel
¼teaspoonLemon-pepper seasoning salt

Directions

Cook carrots, with water, until tender (about 5 minutes in a microwave or 10-15 minutes in a covered pan over medium heat).

Combine olive oil, nuts, lemon peel and salt in a bowl. Add carrots.

Serve warm.
