Measure Ingredient
3 cups Mixed vegetables -- such as
\N \N Artichoke he
\N \N Asparagus, mushrooms --
\N \N Broccoli or cauliflo
1 cup Cooked spinach -- chopped
2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 mediums Onions -- roughly diced
½ cup Bread crumbs
¾ cup Egg whites
½ teaspoon Ground coriander
1 teaspoon Minced garlic
½ teaspoon Salt -- or as desired
½ teaspoon Ground white pepper
1 teaspoon Fresh rosemary leaves -OR- Dried rosemary leaves
4 \N Feet sausage casing

ROUGHLY CHOP VEGETABLES into ¼-inch pieces and set aside on a plate. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add the onion and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes.
