2 | pounds | Whitefish fillets, cubed |
1 | Egg, beaten | |
2 | tablespoons | Chopped fresh chives |
1 | tablespoon | Chopped fresh parsley |
1 | teaspoon | Lemon juice |
½ | teaspoon | Celery salt |
½ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
Directions
Prepare casings. Put fish in food processor and pulse just unti lthe fish is broken. Add remaining ingredients and process just until everything is well blended. Stuff casings and twist off into 3-4" lengths.
